Buhari Sued Over Appointments

 An abuja based practitioner Dim-Udebuani has asked the Federal high court to declare all the appointment made by President Muhammadu Buhari as null and void for
being in the violation of the constitutional principal of federal character.
The suit has the chairman of the federal character commission as the defendant.
The plaintiff is contending that the south east geopolitical zone has been totally excluded so far from the appointment made by President Buhari against the north west with a total of thirteen appointments.
the plaintiff is seeking the interpretation of section 14, sub section 1 of the 1999 constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria.
The suit also wants the court to compel the President to comply with the constitutional provision in any appointment.
